Positive: Good breakfast, lots of choice, but only the first two days. Then, due to too few guests, we were served breakfast with much less choice. Too bad. Old Nessebar is very beautiful.

Negative: Outdoor pool opening hours only from 9am to 6pm.

Positive: Really friendly staff, always on hand to help. Very comfortable beds and pillows, clean facilities. The food at breakfast was good. Overall really good hotel, location, facilities, staff and cannot wait to get back

Positive: The location was good, next to the beach, close to Old Town, and the breakfast was various and tasty. The staff was nice.

Negative: There are only two body towels; a foot towel would be useful. The room is rather small, even for two people, but it is not such a big issue. They could improve the privacy on the balcony; the balconies are separated by a glass panel that reaches up to hip level. The cleanliness is not flawless either, it is more of a surface cleaning. For example, I dropped something under the wardrobe and when I reached to retrieve it, I found a lot of dust, sand, and cobwebs. The bathroom has a boiler that heats the water, and if you spend more than 15 minutes in the shower, the hot water runs out and you need to wait a little for it to heat up again. The pool is in the shade all day and the water is extremely cold; I couldn’t get into it, but luckily the sea water was 25°C and perfect.

Positive: Location is super, pool is good. Hotel is well developed. Ok for 2 days.

Negative: There is a kitchen but no tools. Constant chemical smell in the room and coridors. Dull break fast. Our car attacked underground garage and nobody helped us even charged us!
