Summary: Very nice pool, very good breakfast. The owner is kind, we missed breakfast one morning and he gave us breakfast later. Old Nessebar and Sunny beach are in walking distance. We really liked the hotel.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar.

Summary: Given that it was ‘out of Season’ the hotel was fine for B&B. The pool was not heated. Too cold to swim in in October. The room was small but comfortable. The Proprietor was very very attentive! Breakfast was very good. The lift was Panoramic.

Summary: Chris the owner was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him,one of the friendliest people we have met.There was always plenty to eat for breakfast. Hotel was well situated easy access to buses,we were out of season but still managed to walk to old town nesseber and sandy beach of sunny beach. Would reccomend the hotel to anyone and we would definatley stay there again
