This wonderful resort will provide you with everything you need for a soulful and tranquil vacation. The bungalow with terrace is super cozy, clean, and comfortable; we had everything we needed 24/7. The main gem of Paradise Resort Doc Let is its ever so helpful staff and delicious, homemade, and authentic cuisine! The resort follows 'from garden to table' concept: we were pampered with freshly prepared breakfasts and diverse lunches, dinners, fruits of huge portions every day! We fell in love with different kinds of available beverages at the bar - there is a huge selection of delicious coffee, tea, cocktails, smoothies, and fresh juices! We extend our gratitude to the entire Paradise Resort Doc Let team for their hospitality, kindness, and generosity! Positive: The location is unbeatable! It is however very remote. If you do want to do some sightseeing, I would suggest spending a few days in Nha Trang first and then coming here to relax. The staff are the heart and soul of this place, always helpful. There was nothing they couldn't help us with. The food was fantastic and plentiful! I still miss the sound of the sea as we were in the beachfront bungalows. Superb holiday.

Negative: The outdoor furniture could use a bit of an upgrade but otherwise all great

Positive: They great you like old friends or family - very including and caring! We were a little bit unlucky with both weather and health during our stay, but they did everything in their power to make us feel good. The food is excellent, plentiful and a surprise every time you sit down at the table - we loved it! The stay felt like a vacation within the vacation. Pulse immediately slows down when you get there.

Positive: The room was spotlessly clean and maintained so by regular housekeeping. All of the staff were very friendly.

Negative: We were disappointed with the beach. The tide never went out so the beach was only about 5 meters deep and two of those were taken up with sun beds. The food whilst fresh and using locally sourced ingredients was a bit of a lottery. We understood that it was a fixed menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it was clear that each table was getting a slight variation. The menu for each day was never published so we had no idea what we were going to be eating each day. There was also far too much of it. Three mains, a veg dish, salad and rice as well as fruit for lunch and dinner meant that there was an awful lot of waste. Maybe they could offer 5 or 6 main options each day based on what is available and guests select 2 or 3 to provide some choice. Whilst we liked most of the dishes there was invariably one that we did not like over lunch and dinner each day. Finally, the restaurant area is in a fantastic location looking out over the ocean but our meals were spoiled by dogs (both the resorts and guests) wandering around the area looking to be fed from each table, staff walking young children around and guests and staff smoking.

Positive: This resort still has local charm that has disappeared from much of Vietnam. Let me say upfront, if you are looking for the big hotels with little authentic flavor (such as near Da Nang or Nha Trang) this resort is not your cup of tea. This is the “Vietnam” we are looking for when we travel to this country. The small resort is very well managed, all of the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and they keep the property, room, and beach very clean. The rooms and basic but have what is important-a good mattress, plenty of hot water in the shower, a good AC, and a patio with lounge chairs. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our room was 6 feet from the beach complete with lounge chairs, sea shells, and safe swimming in clean water. And lastly, and without exception, is the food. You can’t ask for anything better than they offer. Everything is very, very, fresh. The fish and seafood are bought from the local fishermen every day. The resort has its own vegetable garden. The menu is changed each day and the number of dishes and amount of food is overwhelming. You won’t go hungry. The bar drinks are also very good (for a reasonable charge). Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable. They even picked us up at our bus stop in the middle of the night to take us to the resort.

Negative: Not a problem for us, but there is not a separate shower in the bathroom. Getting to the resort takes a little planning but is worth the effort. The resort staff can help you with your transportation needs and they are very reliable.

Positive: Stunning beach and amazing views. The resort is so well done -super clean and very well maintained; our room was spotless! Comfy beds and enough furniture. Overall great attention to detail and design matching well with the surroundings. The staff were so nice, friendly, generous and accomodating. The food was amazing, super fresh utilising both local markets and their impreseive on-site garden for vegetables and herbs. All rooms are 2 minutes from the beach and most look out to the sea. Highly recommend this if you after some peace and quiet away from city fumes.

Negative: The shower pressure was a little low.

Really was a stay in paradise. The food, wow, there are no words, they were the best meals of our stay in Vietnam hands down.

Positive: It felt like we’d stumbled across a real life slice of paradise. Our room opened right onto a pristine stretch of beach where we could swim, kayak, read and watch the local fishing community do their thing. The sea was gentle enough that the kids could happily play on their own. The food was incredible and we loved the ethos of the resort - supporting local communities. The staff were so beautiful, helpful and friendly. This was a holiday we’ll never forget. We will definitely be back.

Negative: We pretty much loved everything. The ‘affordable beachside resort’ philosophy meant that the bathroom was very rustic! But honestly the whole thing was amazing. Hard to fault it.

Positive: All the staff were super friendly. The property is right on the beach - beautiful. Food was amazing and plentiful.

Negative: The kayaks were large double ones. It would have been great to have smaller single kayaks. The beach is super safe and I would have loved to have had a body board.
