Special thanks to Ms. Theo, our wonderful GEM (Guest Experience Maker), who went above and beyond to take care of every detail throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, warmth, and ability to anticipate our needs made us feel truly special and completely at ease. She was always available, kind, and thoughtful — an absolute star. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Hoa, the lovely host at the restaurant, whose welcoming smile and professional care made every meal a joy. She made us feel right at home, and her grace and hospitality left a lasting impression. The villa was stunning — private, beautifully designed, and immersed in nature. The food was exceptional, with fresh, vibrant flavors and plenty of variety. The spa and wellness offerings were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already dreaming of our return.

Positive: From the moment you step foot into the resort life is wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, staff amazing, food incredible. There is not one thing you could possibly need that has not already been thought of by the resort and organised by staff. Service and facilities perfect. Greg, DD, Tim, Front Office Manager, Trang were the most friendly management team I have ever experience and it flows through the resort to all that work there. Incredible work.

Negative: Not one thing. I can think of nothing where they fell short.

Negative: Food options were very limited. On Easter Sunday the options were either a gala dinner or room service. We had room service in three occasions and every time there were incorrect orders. Many of the kids club activities were charged at additional costs for which I found this disappointing when being charged 1,500usd a night for a hotel. Staff kept emphasizing what was chargeable and for a property of this nature I found it in bad taste. Staff understanding wasn’t great. This property does not deliver a six senses experience. Others such as Yao Noi or Zighy Bay are far superior. Disappointing and not value for money.
