Summary: The bed was very comfortable and we loved the pillows. The room was clean and although no daily maid service, if we needed anything it was soon delivered. The rooms are not very soundproof, we had an end room, but when next room occupants talked we heard them. We had booked for 1 night about a month ago, then asked to extend for another night. We used the same booking agent, called the hotel to confirm we got the same room both nights. Their system didn't automatically register our room for both nights and we were checked out and had to check in again for the second night. Very inconvenient, we tried to use the elevator the second night at 11pm, our card didn't work and we had to go to the front desk the have it activated. Glenn at the front desk was very helpful.
