Positive: Brand new, modern, spacious home. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Really clean. Wifi available if needed.

Negative: Family bathroom upstairs looks to have a known leak under the sink somewhere, grout was moist and upon opening cupboard there was a cloth wrapped around the pipes. Can send a couple of photos.

Summary: Comfortable, clean and well equiped. Easy, no fuss stay.

Positive: Massive New House close to Phillip Island and local shops, restaurants and cafes. The Host, Joseph is very attentive, accommodating and responsive. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anybody with a small or large family as it’s so Big. The water views from upstairs are stupendous. The local mob of Kangaroos in the immediate surrounds, were a hit with the Children. I will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends alike. I cannot wait for my next stay next time I’m down this way.

Negative: Nothing. I wish I had booked an extra night or two.

Summary: Immaculate New Property, close to all amenities and ‘The Island’. Would highly recommend to everbody

Positive: This is a brand new home, with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and neat, with all the mod-cons, and the kitchen and dining area well suited for a family stay. The Kangaroos that settled in the paddock out the back door at dusk were a highlight for the kids.

Summary: Great location, beautiful home. Kids will love spotting the Kangaroos!
