Summary: Overall a good stay, however room was outdated. Door didn’t shut properly without using a lot of force, couch very worn, stains on carpet etc. pillows were very flat and uncomfortable so suggest taking your own if possible. Facilities were good, kids loved the indoor pool/spa.

Summary: Stayed in a resort room. Bed was extremely hard and lack of towels and shower gel. Breakfast buffet is an amazing experience such a great variety. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Summary: Fantastic resort with a great kids area, breakfast well priced, pool and spa is amazing. In room ammenities were great, and included pool towels. Dual balconies helped escape the wind chill in the morning and bed pillows were very comfortable!

Summary: The kitchen was clean but the living area of the property was run down. Carpet was well worn and stained, carpet needs to be replaced. Dining chairs marked There seemed to be minimal noise insulation beteen floors as we could hear all the footsteps in the unit above. On the plus side, the ocean view from living area and balcony was beautiful. The resort facilities were in great condition and parking was easy access to the room.

Summary: For the price, I was a little disappointed. Our room wasn't serviced at all and you had to pay extra if you wanted it to be. For over $300 a night, I would expect at least the bins to be emptied and some fresh body wash. Breakfast was also not included and you had to book and pay the night before and say what time you were going to show up, which when you have a toddler is not always easy to predict. The room itself was pretty good and spacious. The doors to get in were a little awkward and heavy. Our door to the outside balcony was also hard to lock. The location is pretty good with nice views from the restaurant. The facilities (pools, bouncy cushion and playground) are good. Happy hour, $5 wines were great.

Summary: Silverwater Resort is one of our favourite places to stay. We love the facilities, and the apartments are very nice and clean. There’s a restaurant on site, indoor and outdoor pools, jumping pillow, playground and kids game room. We love this place and we keep coming back. Would recommend it to anyone.
