Positive: Comfortable and clean room and bed, and good bathroom. Good location for visiting the volcanoes area of Big Island (although you need a car )

Negative: WiFi very poor - only worked occasionally for about 10 minutes at a time. This also meant that TV and Netflix did not work properly. (We raised this with the host, who advised us that Internet bandwidth is poor in this area) Cooking facilities are quite limited - it's OK for breakfast, but challenging for anything more - microwaved meals were about the limit.

Summary: Comfortable but basic stay near the volcanoes area of Hawaii Island.

Positive: Everything. Embarrassingly Moe had to personally pick me up because I cant find anything right under my nose including his place. I tip my hat to him and his supreme hospitality and kindness. The only one shortcoming/ fault is that the area is densly populated with feral dogs which are part/parcel with the island's just like the feral cat's which you can't get around as they're a staple of the island's..The latter shouldn't/ doesn't detract from my otherwise favorable review.....

Negative: You'll notice I'm not or don't have anything to report. Some can't write a review without nit-picking kavetching/whining/complaining just for the sake of complaining.

Positive: The place was really clean and appeared to be newly completed. Loved the black out drapes. The bed was super comfortable. When one person moved, the other didn’t feel it.

Negative: The locking and unlocking the gate was cumbersome. We were not provided enough toilet paper and didn’t get a response in time before we had to go buy a roll. Also, it was really dark when we arrived. An automatic light would have been helpful. Lastly, I would have liked lights on the night stands and beach towels.

Summary: Great value for the price! Nice accommodations.
