Beautiful rambling early-1900s fully restored farmhouse in pastoral country setting on a few acres. One of the original homesteads in Paonia. Quintessential rural seclusion with an easy walk to town. Big trees and yard, sweet front porch, pocket doors, wood floors, nice-sized air-conditioned bedrooms and lots of fresh air and sunshine. 1 block away from the river and Paonia library, 3 blocks from center of town.

Summary: We had a great time in a great house with great owners. The house is well stocked with everything thing might need in the kitchen. We loved having the deer right out the kitchen window eating the apples off the tree. I would definitely book here again!

Summary: Beautiful home, great location and wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the perfect fall weather. The home had a nice big table to play games in the evening and I liked that the TV was upstairs and away from the living area. Christina and Barry were very nice and accommodating hosts! We would definitely go again.
