Summary: The property was everything and more that we could have hoped for. It's extremely clean and very spacious for a one bedroom. It's so close to downtown Paonia. We were able to walk downtown and take the free bus to Big B's for the concerts.

Summary: This property was a pleasant surprise. Much nicer than the pictures indicated. Every amenity was provided. The bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. An additional plus was that all natural cleaners were used. The kitchen was fabulous even though we had difficulty with operating the cooktop and had to call the owner for assistance. She came over promptly and reset the breaker. The only negative was the sofa and love seat were very soft for us two seniors with back problems. ! We would definitely stay here again
