Negative: Everybody in hotel have problems with English. The spa area is untidy and needs renovation. Quite meager breakfasts.

Positive: Pan Pacific Hotel was an excellent choice. Both the hotel itself and the service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious, large, and perfectly clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — with a wide selection of both cold and hot dishes, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. We also used the spa facilities — the massage was excellent, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable. Just keep in mind that a swimming cap is required for the pool. Another great advantage of the hotel is its location — very close to shopping centers and within walking distance of the Forbidden City. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: I like its very modern and customer-centered design of the room, elevator, and hallway. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that a big shopping mall is just next door.

Negative: I wish that it were closer to metro.

Summary: Overall, my stay at Beijing Pan Pacific was very pleasant and enjoyable. I will come back again.
