Summary: Guest room is large and clean that you will expect on a 5-star international hotel chain in China. Location is good as shopping malls and countless restaurants are close by. But you can hardly find smiling faces on the front desk staff, or simply say they tried to avoid eye contact with hotel guests. The staff in breakfast restaurant may need more training to clean up the used plates more quickly but not to wait until guests finished and left, or being urged to come over. This is something unexpected in a Pan Pacific Hotel.

Summary: The Pan Pacifica hotel in Beijing was a delight to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially for those of us Americans who seem lost in new countries. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food. The rooms were large with plenty of amenities.

Summary: Great breakfast offer of both European and Asian. Very friendly staff. Many didn't speak any other language than Chinese but that made it just that more fun. But those who spoke English were very good. Close to Chinas largest shopping mall. Lot of small local shpps around the hotel. A very vlean and safe area!!!! The hotel itself was very clean, modern and comfortable! Great caluefor the money!!!!!
