Summary: Lobby was quite impressive. Staff was super helpful. Swimming pool is big and clean. However, the rooms are a bit dated and dim. Carpet looks like it's stained from long term use. The location is ok but not within walking distance to any major shopping / ding hub

Summary: Such a fantastic hotel experience! Everything was amazing from start to finish: from the very spacious room to the fantastic breakfast. The staff in particular made such a HUGE impact on making this experience so memorable and wonderful. HUGE thanks to: Jovi, Arthur, Peter, David, Finn and Johan who went above and beyond to assist us with all queries and made our time here so smooth and seamless. Each of them are such a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even helped us with how to order a new suitcase. The most wonderful stay of our 2-week time in South Korea and China. THANK YOU!

Summary: JW Marriott was tip-top from the start to the end. Staff were attentive, helpful and courteous right from the get-go. I was struggling with setting up Meituan for food deliveries and reception was helpful to help ensure that I can still get deliveries without a China number. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable one.
