Positive: Perfect location. Very enjoyable for the sunset. Pretty alright in terms of what is provided (refrigerator, microwave, water). Overall very quiet.

Positive: We were birding so location is very close to Rajah Sikatuna Protected Landscape. Spacious, cozy and clean room with comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Common kitchen area was helpful. Friendly onsite owner was also our excellent bird guide.

Negative: Some noise from dogs, cats and roosters. Not all the time and not the fault of the property, just what to expect in a Philippines farming village. Bring some ear plugs if you think it might be an issue.

Positive: The location was good, right near the Rajah Sikatuna Protected Landscape, where we saw wild macaque and lemurs. They kindly allowed us to use their kitchen to cook and they provided drinking water too.

Negative: The door to the room could not be locked as it was broken.
