The place exuded tranquility and stunning natural beauty, but what truly made my stay special was the wonderful family running the place. Ms. Joanna and her daughter were some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. They were always ready to answer all my questions with love and passion, making navigating and exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. No request was left unmet, and their continuous assistance added a great deal of comfort and joy to my stay. If you're planning to visit the Philippines, I highly recommend staying at the Forest Garden Residence. It won't just be a lodging experience; it will be a unique human experience that will add a touch of warmth and hospitality to your journey, one that you will remember forever.

Positive: Very nice hosts. Helpful and kind. Room was spacious with a modern and clean bathroom. Location is close to the Tarsier Sanctuary. You can easily rent a motorbike at the location to go to the Chocolate Hills.

Negative: Slightly too secluded for more than couple of nights unless that is preference. Nothing nearby for eating and drinking so the only option is to order meal at the Residence.

Positive: This property was in a great location, away from the hustle & bustle. With just two bungalows on the complex, the staff were more than accommodating for us. The rooms were spacious & clean with air conditioning. The food at the resort was nice & reasonably price with breakfast included.

Negative: The amount of cockerels roaming around made it difficult to sleep, they were constantly making noise throughout the night & morning. No fridge in the room, this made it difficult when wanting a drink throughout the night.
