Positive: Door code submitted beforehand so checking was very easy.

Negative: Temperature in main level was marginal. Bedrooms and other areas were fine. Main AC unit had clogged filter which was not properly installed. Vacasa was notified. Filter was not corrected before we left. Grill on site wasn’t used. Igniter not operative and grill was very dirty/not maintained. These were minor issues in the grand scheme.

Summary: Location was exceptional. House was generally well apportioned. Everyone overall was extremely happy

Positive: The views from the house are amazing ! Beach and ocean everywhere you turn And to the right lots of greenery and lake. We lived on the decks. The house was perfect for our family trip.
