Negative: We were made aware of road construction in the area prior to arrival. However there was a large pump operating 24/7 right in front of the home we were in. It was quite loud at times. Host was not aware of this.

Summary: Very nice overall except for noisy pump in front of home.

Positive: The house was beautiful. Nice porch with a good breeze. Well equipped kitchen. The kid's bedroom was perfect with two twin beds and trundles. My grandkids enjoyed the toys and books. Just a short walk to a nice, private beach. So much was provided! Beach towels, toys, boogie board, bikes, pool/pingpong table. Everything was just perfect!

Negative: The outlets in the master bath didn't seem to work--but there may have been a switch to activate them that I didn't know about. Didn't really need them anyway.

Summary: This was a great place for us, both adult children/spouses, grandkids and granddogs! Loved it!
