Positive: Ended up staying here six nights in a row. Thanks to Virendra ji and team for ensuring my team's comfort and accomodating all our requests. Kudos to the entire staff. Clean, spacious rooms - can't beat this price, esp on weekdays. Would love to visit again the next time I am in/around Bareilly :)

Negative: Would be great if the newly finished rooms on the second floor could be improved/set up to match the ones on the first floor. But definitely still worth the money spent. And team was very quick to respond to our feedback/requests the one night we stayed on the second floor. Could also try to provide running hot water at all times.
