Positive: The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I was traveling with 2 old people in my family ( my father and my Chachiji ) for a death in the family . The staff not only accommodated their needs for fresh food in the middle of night at arrival ( chef Jitu) , they ensured we were looked after throught the stay , helping us with commutation to go to our destination, helped check the bus status and also packed us some sandwiches on return . The GM Promodji very humbly ensured all our needs were well looked after . What more can one ask for. They were absolutely amazing. 100/100
