Negative: The bar prices were exhorbitant, 69 euros for 4 gin and tonics! Bar staff were unfriendly and clueless about drinks.

Positive: The staff was amazingly helpful and welcoming. The room was big and comfortable. The property is beautiful and the indoor pool and sauna are great!

Negative: The fact that it is a bit “labyrinthical” and that some areas around the indoor pool need some maintenance.

Positive: Wow, wow and wow. This is something else. We stayed in the old part and absolutely loved it. The area is fabulous too with lots to see and do. Spa and indoor pool facilities are great. The outdoor pool and shade in the garden are stunning. Breakfast and all meals truly superb

Negative: I contacted property re coffee at breakfast as not good and they said they would look at changing. Fab communication and attention to detail

Positive: Fantastic again, my 5th trip to Lousã to enjoy this wonderful place. First time I could enjoy the pool, I usually travel off season. Booked this time with a large group. The staff was wonderful in coordinating our rooms, needs and a special dinner.
