Positive: Beautifully designed apartment with all the amenities you’d expect to find in an apartment and more. It’s small but so well designed that it felt just perfect. It’s located on a quieter side of Talasnal where few people pass, so it feels like your private slice of paradise. There is a patio with lounge chairs and a little dining table where we sat every evening and watched the sun set. During the day we did the owner recommended hikes which were magical. The owner communication was amazing and he left a small cornucopia of treats for us. So appreciated! This will rank as one of our favorite stays and we hope to be back in the future.
Negative: There was nothing not to like. We loved everything about our stay.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Talasnal. The house is truly unique, full of charm and perfectly located to enjoy the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of the village. Everything was spotless and very well prepared for our arrival. We also really appreciated all the complimentary treats and thoughtful touches left by the host, which made the experience even more special. We enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again.

Positive: This was our favorite stay in Portugal! It was so well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it is a lovely space! We were glad we brought in groceries and there are all the necessities to cook. The additional welcome from our host made it very special.
Negative: Recommend bringing groceries and being prepared to walk steps with your luggage. This worked great for us!

Positive: It was like a dream! Helio was waiting for us at the parking and accompanied us to the house. He explained all the trails around and kindly showed the house which was perfectly constructed by his own hands. All the furnishings was perfectly styled and absolutely clean. We found everything what we just might need and much more including some kind treats as small gifts. All the night we were hearing the deers in rut which was a fantastic concert.

Positive: This little cottage was so special, the whole little village of Talhasnal was special. Helio has done a wonderful job bringing the cottage back to life; a sympathetic renovation with all the required mod-cons - so well designed to fit everything in. Loved the personal basket of goodies for us when we arrived. The view out the front door is gorgeous; Helio provided lots of information via WhatsApp on the hiking and trails, and a video all about the little cottage since we couldn't meet him in person. It was so fun hiking down into the valley, and also exploring the little hidden laneways of Talhasnal. Staying here was definitely a highlight of our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Helio!!

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in Cantinho do Talasnal. We enjoyed peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the hills from the house. It's a comfortable distance from the village centre. The kitchen was equipped more than we expected! It was also very comfortable to have ammenities like the dishwasher, electric kettle, hairdryer and the microwave. We felt right at home. We also went on the trails recommended to us by Hélio and saw a deer near the stream! It was a memorable experience. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, and we already want to come back :)
