Positive: I have stayed in Pacific Palms each time I need to be in West Covina. Its familiarity and rooms are generous in space.

Negative: Nothing

Negative: There was no microwave. I feel for a resort. It should’ve been a little bit more to the room. Thought my room was way smaller than my other friends rooms and I got the duluxe king they had not I was in room 824. I really had no bathroom Space the refrigerator had to have it replaced and the replacement wasn’t any better. We stood from Thursday to Monday and two of those days. Our room was not cleaned, and I did not have the sign for them. Not to come in to clean it on Sunday night. I had to call and ask why it wasn’t cleaned the person at the front desk. Said she didn’t know. Maybe I had to sign up. I said no. She said she would take notes and ask what happened. I’ve stayed at resorts before and it wasn’t worth it for me. On Saturday night. I went to go get some complementary water. That’s at the front and there was no more water. I asked the girl if they had water. If they were gonna replace it. She said it would take a while, but they did have water for Sale I asked how much it was. She said five dollars. I said to forget it. I went up to my room.
