Summary: Terrible check-in experience, rude staff and lackadaisical management. Extremely dated hotel, rooms are basic and worn with extremely uncomfortable beds and cheap bedding. There is only one small, shallow pool for over 200 rooms, and two golf courses. Parking was free, thankfully.

Summary: I’ve been coming here for years now. I bring my family staycations and for solo getaway. They have redone the pool area and in my humble opinion did not use the space to the best possible capacity. The pool is now only 3ft 6in deep. Total bummer. And they’ve taken away what seems to be at least half of the seating/lounges and tables? We had to sit on our towels laid on top of the concrete. But they did leave the beautiful rock waterfall

Summary: Was super excited to book this hotel, as the pictures looked really nice online. My fiance and i were staying there due to attending a family party. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. When we got to our room, we realized they had provided 2 double beds. We tried contacting the hotel staff to see if we could change it, as upon booking we were under the impression it was a king size bed. However, no one answered. We were too tired to go back down with our luggage so we decided to keep it. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom appeared to be good, but when I turned on the shower, the water was not going down the drain. We were so busy with the family party, we didnt have time to deal with that in the morning. Overall, did not think it was worth the price and would rather have stayed somewhere cheaper.

Summary: Overall great experience, my biggest gripe was the A/C unit. When would turn off, it sounded like a locomotive roaring thru the ceiling! I assumed it was a common issue since you could hear it coming from vary rooms while walking down the hallway.
