Summary: Room was accommodative but spartan. There was no microwave or any utensils or even a paper towel. TV was not a "smart TV" but decent channel selection. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. WI-FI advertised as "high speed" was barely functionable at 1-2 bars. Placement on beach was great and very accessible. Plan to stay there next time.

Summary: I love this location and the staff but the room was across from the valet pretty noisy and something was constantly tapping in the ceiling every 5-10 minutes loudly every day and night making it difficult to sleep. Also three valet was sleeping in a car and we were trying to make an early morning flight he did not have his cell phone on to hear the calls from the front desk.

Summary: The room was neglected and a half attempt of remodel. The slider out to the balcony was a glass pane and the remaining glass was obscured by stains to the point we had to open it fully to see a clear view of our “ocean front view.” Had to use a towel to sweep the floor on my hands and knees to brush the debris off to the edge. The wicker chairs should have been disposed off seasons ago. The valet parking returned my car covered in stucco debris from the obvious remodel happening above where they parked it. It was not automatically discounted if this would have been a classy place, recognized the debris.
