Summary: Rooms were spotless and entire unit very clean. A couple of maintenance problems - the windows in both bedrooms had problems - a couple of the bedroom(s) windows are faulty - won't stay open etc. and the fan in the small bedroom only spins very very fast or stop. es. Other than that our stay was very pleasant, and we would recommend Pacific Beach resort as a good place to stay on Mooloolaba Beach

Summary: Really nice hotel with modern room and furniture. Sensational location. Good pool and spa. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of staff and communication. Front desk wasn't manned and phones rang out. It was New Year's Eve/Day but they need to be better staffed. In saying that we would definitely book again. Would still stay again ,

Summary: This place seems to have stucked in 80’s . Whilst some upgrades are currently happening I feel that won’t be enough to make the place look and feel nice.

Summary: Cleaning staff were great, office staff not so much. Had no wifi from 5.00 pm Xmas day until 10.30 Boxing Day and no help from staff. The TV only works with Wifi Great position of the Unit, but seriously needs an upgrade inside for the price
