Negative: Couldn't buy coffee pods for the coffee machine, perhaps they could be supplied

Positive: Awesome property with excellent accommodation for a large family or families sharing. Facilities and space are fantastic, and the tvs, games and general feel of the place made for a really great stay. Pool, outlook and proximity to Mooloolaba Esplanade and Beach makes it an ideal place for a relaxing break.

Negative: Agent who had the keys were pretty abrupt and evasive when asked simple questions about security etc. The microwave stopped working while my 89 year old father in law was heating his porridge, and there were ants everywhere. Ants not really a problem, just that there were several clumps of them throughout the house, even upstairs - pretty standard for Queensland. There was a very strict policy on who could visit (no gatherings for any purpose for example!) etc that we didn't receive form the agent until after we had booked and paid for the property - Booking.com needs to make these clauses clear so guests are aware before booking - not a problem for us as we just had a family get-together, but the clauses looked pretty intimidating and we had a few worries about overstepping them, even having guests over for dinner seemed forbidden (we have several friends on the Sunshine Coast we like to catch up with)
