Positive: The rooms were pretty clean and modern. However, they were a little small. We were not able to open up both our luggages at the same time in 1 room. The buggy service was reliable and the free Massage Chair was highlight of the hotel.

Negative: We booked the property because it had breakfast included. However upon reaching we found out that the kitchen is in renovation and they cannot serve us breakfast and there are no good breakfast options available nearby. We had to eat 3 days at a 5 star property with 3x times prices for breakfast. Atleast the hotel management cut some price of the hotel room rent because of not serving breakfast. Ms Thuy was a little informatant but the other female receptionist was not aware of the surroundings. When asked for breakfast buffet, she said there are none. However, I had to personally visit some places to confirm that there are places.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel with 2 kids and 1 adult. This experience was amazing. Spacious and clean room, reasonable price, good service, and heartwarming staffs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: The location is not at the centre. But the hotel staff used buggies to pick and drop us to close by places. We loved the hospitality and the facilities. The free laundry service was great.

Positive: We stayed for 3 weeks with two toddlers. The staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay feel like home. They were so great with the kids and assisted us with any additional children’s supplies we needed. The location was about a 10 minute walk to a stunning beach, and the property had bikes available for use if you wanted to get there faster. In addition, they provided golf cart transport to anywhere in the area, which made accessing the beach or marina area even easier and more convenient. All of this was free with the stay. There are many lovely pools available for use. The majority of the units in the vicinity are completely vacant, making the area VERY quiet. At times, it felt like a ghost town. This obviously has its pros and cons depending what vibe you’re after. Duong Dong or Sunset town are about a 15-20 minute drive, making this location an easy access point in the middle.

Summary: The value was great and the staff were exceptional!
