Summary: Everything is top notch accept the choice of restaurants, here Regent needs to step up and offer better chefs and selections at the Japanese and Ocean Club. The Vietnamese Market is a good and the breakfast excellent but expect more for a 5 star place.

Summary: I’ve been blessed to stay at quite a few luxury hotels around the world over the last 5 years. This by far sets the standard!!! It’s a 5 star hotel all around pushing to 6 if that was a real thing :) The only thing I can pick apart if I have to be critical, is that the beach isn’t to the standard you would expect, but this is out of the hotel’s control. Hands down the best amenities, best service and best food I’ve ever experienced.

Summary: Breakfast is fantastic. Huge spread!!! Fruits are very fresh lots of fresh coconut drink. Coffee station has Vietnamese coconut coffee and iced coffee as well as the usually lattes etc. pho station and western station. Nam our server knew our names instantly and called us by our names during our whole stay. I'm sure he did that with everyone. Nice personal touch and service was excellent from him. Highly recommend the hotel. Top to bottom
