Negative: Only one shower, so when busy could be a hassle. In our room rain noise was annoyingly loud.

Positive: Beautifully renovated house, modern and clean. Reasonably sized room with a comfortable bed and nice linens. Great to have a sink in the room!

Negative: There were 8 staying at the guesthouse and 2 of the rooms were empty. Kitchen table has room for 6. Luckily there were 2 chairs in the hall so we sat there to eat. No other gathering space in the house so when all the rooms are booked it must feel very crowded, and 2 bathrooms may seem insufficient. Only other thing we didn’t particularly like is the main floor bathroom is right next to the kitchen table.

Summary: Beautiful home and rooms but common area too small if all rooms are booked.

Positive: I found the decor very pleasing. Cosy yet fresh. The facilities were good eg dishwasher, nice seating areas, dining area. There was a lovely balcony.
