Positive: Lovely spot in the countryside. The property was in immaculate condition, and the owners deserve great credit for its presentation. I enjoyed the extra space, the garden, the excellent facilities including washing machine and dryer (very important for travellers). I also appreciated the welcoming basket. There's a local pub nearby serving decent meals and also a convenience store.

Positive: Everything was fantastic. The welcome basket was exceptional. There was plenty of toiletries and loads of cooking utensils. A huge TV. A beautiful garden with lighting. Comfy bed. The property was spotless. The host was lovely and even gave us de-icer for our car! What more could one ask for?

Negative: You can't improve on perfection.

Summary: The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. I would give it more than 10/10 if it were possible.

Positive: All the amenities and attention to detail, the owl decor, the personal touches in tbe bedroom & bathroom, amazing choice of teas and coffee, and the unexpected food hamper. And of course the owl.

Negative: No hooks or coat stand for hanging up coats in the living room. I would have liked info on the owl (unless i missed it in the visitors services book) ie species, age, sex, background
