Summary: Property was as advertised. Best to have a car or plan for taxi. No Uber available and not much in walking distance. I did find a small store a few blocks away.

The neighborhood doesn’t look safe but all the locals stated that it’s safe and that the south part of the city is the only part where there is much crime.
