Positive: Exceptional staff, and a wonderful room including a very comfortable bed. The entire facility felt very safe and secure. The Palm is among the best places I have ever stayed, and I will definitely return.

Positive: My friend and I had a great experience during our stay at The Palms. We were there briefly for one night while traveling between locations, but we made the most of it by swimming and relaxing by the pool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming; they gave us complimentary coconut bread (which was delicious) and answered any questions we had. The room was very modern and spacious and the property is gated and private with a nice coffee shop around the corner.
Negative: The hotel is in a residential area that's a bit far from the main attractions, so there are limited options for things to do within walking distance.
