Positive: The location was great for our purposes, and easy to find. Nice little basement apartment. I was able to cook meals for my family and save on some costs.

Negative: I didn’t feel it was family friendly not that wasn’t. Just that there isn’t a lot of place for families to rest relax together after a long day. The beds were not comfortable. My kids felt like their bunk bed was gonna collapse it was wiggly. Also I kept my family quiet but whoever was upstairs when they arrived was very noisy but… that’s also normal for downstairs guests.

Summary: Nice, little, convinent, price is right for a family of 6 to stay but not leaisurly.
