Welcome to our stylish apartment located in the heart of Draper, Utah. Our space is brand new and has been designed with the utmost attention to detail, with a year round hot tub, pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day), 24 hour gym, and clubhouse, and so much more! Our building features amenities such as a Fitness Centre, lounge, and rooftop terrace.
Upon entering our apartment, you will be greeted by an elegant living room featuring designer furnishings and tasteful decor. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The comfy couch doubles as a pull out couch (with a comfy foam pad) to accomodate additional guests.
The bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed with premium linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room is decorated with chic accents and ambient lighting, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. We also have an air mattress available for additional guests.
The bathroom is pristine and modern. Take a refreshing shower or indulge in a luxurious bath in our deep soaking tub, complete with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Dine in style at our elegant kitchen island, with seating for 4 people.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Summary: We booked in for an extended weekend of skiing and hiking in the area. The location is on the south end of the city but easy to access ski bus and driving routes into little cotton canyon. It was also nice to have access to the hot tub and other facilities. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for the first few nights but was working after that!

Summary: The location is right off the interstate. Easy drives to all ski areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The best part is keurig coffee pods are provided along with cream and sugar! Perfect for the first morning especially as we arrived late at night. Owner responded promptly to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything was fine except only one bar of cell phone service and many dropped phone calls. Had to stand on the porch to try and keep a call from being dropped.

Summary: I have stayed at this property 2 previous times when coming into the area and it continues to be a great choice. The apartment has the basic amenities and access to the pool/hot tub and gym are a nice bonus. It is a quiet apartment complex and has plenty of parking. It’s also quick access to the interstate, grocery store and gas station.

Summary: Aside from the easiness and clean accommodations, I appreciated the communication with Mandi Hanks! She made it the easiest to work with, which made my trip to SLC very smooth. I also liked that there was a washer and dryer in the condo for convenience. I will use this location the next time we are in the Salt Lake City area if available.
