Positive: Great location, right in Chelsea but still in a quiet street. Rooms are cozy and common areas such as the kitchen and the living room are well kept.

Negative: The rooms could be cleaner. The floor needs to be vacuumed better in between stays and bedsheets and towels have stains.

Positive: The location of this space is on a very cute, quieter street for still being within the mix of the city. It is close to subway stops, Penn station and was ideal for us in navigating the city for the first time. The shared spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, workspace, living room, etc.) were all very clean and well kept. We found the bed to be very comfortable and it was nice the room had a mini split for ac and heating. Access to kitchen space was great for enjoying breakfast in.

Negative: We found the signs in the shared bathrooms about not flushing toilet paper a bit odd for the U.S.

Summary: We were very comfortable here. It was a wonderful location at a good value!

Positive: What a pleasant place to stay! The room was very clean and comfy. The 22nd St neighborhood in Chelsea from 8th/9th was super quiet and nice.

Negative: I was a bit surprised after I booked that some rooms may need to use a community toilet/shower. Fortunately mine had it's own bathroom and a terrific walk in shower. Just make sure that's obvious in the booking description.

Summary: Very satisfied and I would stay there again!

Positive: Location was good and best value accommodation I could find in the area. Good shared kitchen, living, laundry and work spaces. Close to metro

Negative: Single room was tiny!
