Summary: The stay was overall great! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The property is in a fantastic location close to everything you'd want to explore. While the shower was a bit tricky to use and some bathroom tiles were loose, these were minor issues compared to the convenience of the area. If you're looking for a prime location and are okay with a place that’s not brand new but still comfortable, this is a great option!

Summary: We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very understanding and accommodating. We accidentally broke a couple of mugs, and they were very kind about the process overall and we were only asked to leave enough cash to replace them. Communication was excellent with very quick responses, and they generously allowed us to check in early and store our luggage, which was a huge help.The place itself was generally comfortable, though there were a few things to note: the floor and some of the plastic dishes could have been cleaner, and we did find a few nails sticking out of the floor (I hammered them down myself, so hopefully that’s no longer an issue). Also, the bathroom floor tiles are coming loose, so just be careful in there.

Summary: Very well located regarding our areas of interest (galleries in Chelsea, highline, ...).A bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us.Unpretentious flat, very clean, and very convenient for us.
