Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The personnel was very friendly. They helped us park our car right in front of the hotel.
Negative: The bathroom was old, and the shower was right next to the toilet. So, showering made everything wet. Though the rooms were non-smoking, there was a smell of smoke in the hallways. When we opened our windows (both on the front and back side of the hotel as we had two rooms), smoke would get into the rooms.
Summary: Smokey

Positive: The hotel is convenient for visiting Erzurum. Close to the railway station, bus stops and the city centre. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast included in the price. It was my second time staying here the first was 3 years ago. It would be my first choice if I visit Erzurum again.

Positive: The friendly face of Erzurum. It’s run by people who love their work and their guests. There is unlimited tea available all day. It’s in a very central location and great for exploring the city, catching buses to Palandöken, and trying out kebab restaurants.
Summary: Great staff, great value, very pleasant stay

Positive: Everything good. Supportive staff, regular Turkish breakfast, clean rooms, and bathrooms are Good with this price. The heater was working properly.
Negative: Right now there is construction on the road so parking is hard to find and neighbours are not good who don't allow you to park your car if you are a foreigner.

Positive: Quite a nice room, a bit smaller than others but for sure big enough. The bathroom was all-in-1, so no separated shower but that's not a problem. The staff was very helpful trying to figure out where the bus the next day was leaving! I think there's free tea in the lobby.
Summary: Nice hotel
