Summary: The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. I told him about this but nothing changed. When i saw the young lady she helped. The first night was difficult to sleep because of the construction. Second night better.

Summary: Thus place is another example of hotel star rating of big money big corporation hotels. I think this place does not have 5 stars but way better than a lot of 5 star hotels I lodge. Check in and out was swift and quick, staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very nice. The place is right at the center of the city, you can walk everywhere. One thing to pay attention if you miss the breakfast in furst morning just stay another night to catch it next mirning. Breakfast is phenomenal DON'T MISS IT.

Summary: Very convenient and safe location. Our room, was very clean and spacious. There is a popular coffee shop and bistro downstairs, and it is located right on one of the city's main squares. Most attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. The staff were also polite. The hotel, as with most places in Erzurum does not offer alcohol on the premises.
