Positive: location was excellent. 5 minutes to shinjuku station. everything was close by. 3 excellent restaurants in the building. two convenience stores next door. the apartment was much much bigger than expected, especially for tokyo standards.
Negative: No iron. trash disposal was tough. no chance for late checkout, even for just an hour extension.
Summary: overall cannot beat the price and location. The apartment was much much bigger than expected.

Positive: Location was within walking distance from Shinjuku station
Negative: For starters...nowhere is the name mentioned in English...how is a non japanese person supposed to find it??? We had been literally walking in circles around the place until a japanese person told us it was written in their language. Even after that we had to take the lift to each floor to find the place as the floor number wasn't written even in japanese. The apartment itself was massive but the toilet and bathroom were so tiny that a six footer like me had to enter sideways!! WiFi details had to be requested by email...I feel it should have been left in the apartment beforehand.
