Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is great for experiencing the hot air balloons. The staff were friendly and arranged transfers from/to the airport. The room was large and clean. There is a supermarket, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Negative: It's not the fault of the hotel but with people getting up early to see the balloons, there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night. A sign might be helpful to remind people to be considerate of others.
