Positive: Authentic rooms, heating in cave, good breakfast, cute cats at the territory

Negative: I booked this hotel specifically to comfortably attend a party held on its premises. Upon arrival, the staff insisted that my reservation did not exist and repeatedly tried to place me in a worse room than the one I had booked, or even in a staff room. Only after I personally showed my reservation on their computer did they acknowledge it. They then claimed that I had booked the most basic room, which was not true, and said they were “upgrading” me, although in reality they simply gave me another room of the same category. The room was located in an area that was not separated from the event guests. The rooms are spread across different levels of a cliff, and my terrace was freely accessible to people attending the event. As a result, intoxicated guests were sitting on my terrace and drinking alcohol there. Additionally, the staff placed a large speaker right next to my room. At some point, event guests turned the music on at full volume. After returning from the event, it was impossible to stay in the room or sleep, as the music from the speaker was even louder than the main festival area. When I asked the staff to move the speaker, they pretended not to understand English (despite the front desk staff clearly speaking English) and said nothing could be done. Only after I argued with them in Turkish did they finally move the speaker. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and poorly managed.

Negative: the valley with caves view could be incredible is some neigbour would take better care of their houses

Positive: Very atmospheric hotel in the central part of a very picturesque small town. Friendly staff. Very beautiful view from the window. Exquisite interior of the hotel and rooms.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were a lot of people at breakfast, the few staff did not quite cope with the service. I did not find any other shortcomings.

Positive: The room was fantastic, we were in room 306 and it had two floors and the room was decorated perfectly, hot tub worked great, and bed was comfortable. The staff was also very hospitable and went above and beyond for everything, they scheduled all of our tours as well as set up a private birthday dinner next to the fireplace with roses and candles with a meal of our choice. Would highly recommend and when I come back to cappadocia I will stay here again.

Positive: If you are looking for character and authentic vibe then this fits the bill. Lovely terrace with garden area to walk thru below. Owner very kind and helpful. Loved the in room hottub . We signed up for 3 activities/tours and pick up drop off went very smoothly.

Negative: Room was built into the rock, wifi connectivity is compromised. we could get a signal to use phone /whatsapp while on the terrace though.
