WALKING DISTANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF SUMMER HAVEN. Located at 8000 feet in the beautiful Catalina Mountains. Great area for hiking, bicycling, birding or just relaxing on the deck. Restaurants, shopping and general store just steps away. One bed with queen size mattress can be closed off with pocket doors. 3/4 bath. Twin size sleeper sofá. Heat and air conditioning units. Internet. Full kitchen. Microwave. Coffee pot. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.
Possible that during the winter months, the road to Mt. Lemmon may be closed for a few days. The tiny home property access is weather dependent during this time. Contact owner for weather update if booked during this time.

Summary: Little confusion about entering the Tiny House. A few things you will have to do upon your arrival. Wasn't hard but a little confusing. We had a nice stay.

Summary: Tiny, indeed, but we're used to small spaces. Kitchen minimally stocked but sufficient. Porch adds some living space in nice weather. Location great: close to town and to hiking trails. Phone check-in could be replaced by an email, but I did have a nice chat with the owners.

Summary: We are in our 70's. The bed was so high for us to get in it. A little stool or something would been nice to help us get up there. We both have bad backs. We were not informed of all the steps which was very hard on us caring our belongs. And that sofa or what ever it was so uncomfortable for sitting on with our bad back. .we did love watching the birds a we had a couple of friendly lizzards.

The property was easy to find and conveniently located adjacent to local shopping and restaurants, while the summit was within a short drive for great hiking options. The tiny home was well equipped for maintaining a comfortable climate indoors, having a fully functional kitchen, and to ensure a good night's rest. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations during my stay in Summerhaven and would be happy to stay again soon!

Summary: It definitely is a tiny home, but it has everything you need and also in the heart of Summerhaven.I think perfect location. Just a quick walk to the store/food etc. Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: This is by far the best value in the area. My husband and I visited Sept, 2024. We never drove our vehicle in town, because everything was in walking distance. Very hilly terrain, so it was great exercise. Fred is an exceptional host. He told us that the internet was a hit or miss up there, so for most of the weekend we had a tech purge, that was my favorite part, practically no phone calls or text messages. We are definitely planning on making this one our frequent stays. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own food, because most of the town shuts down by 7pm.. Coming from Phx. HOT Arizona, this truly is a Summerhaven.
