Summary: We loved our week in Orford and the property had all that we needed. It was a good base to go to Swansea for the day and go to Triabunna for shopping and fresh seafood. Jak and Frodo (furbabies) were most welcome and loved their walks on the beach every day which was only 2 houses away from our stay. The only down side was the internet was intermittent and lack of tv stations, but that is minor and our personal choice. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Orford to book at 12 Rudd Avenue. You won't regret it.
