Summary: We stayed in Cabin 4 at Eastcoaster Tasmania and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived just two minutes before reception closed, and the lady at reception was still very welcoming and polite, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The cabin was comfortable and had a lovely view directly by the water, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff also refreshed the towels and toiletries on the second day, which was a nice touch. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There was also a game room suitable for all ages, which added to the overall experience. Check-out was very easy as well — you simply leave the key in the reception drop box. Overall, a comfortable waterfront stay with great facilities and friendly service.

Summary: We arrived after reception had closed but prearranged to collect our key via the automated process. This was seamless. Our room was clean but very cold so we needed to crank up the heater. Dinner at the onsite bistro was good and the staff were really welcoming.
