Summary: Just finished our stay at the Orchard Park Cottage. It was amazing. The property was beautiful. Perfect mornings with coffee on the porch watching the horses. Family of 6 stayed comfortably. Kitchen had ample supplies. Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator did not get super cold. Location was perfect a little drive if you are going to downtown Lexington. Scenery is worth the drive. We will definitely be back. Big thanks to Allison the farm manager so helpful.

Summary: This is our second time to stay at Orchard Park Cottage. This property delivers in every way. It’s beautiful and secluded but so close to anything you need. This home is well appointed and very comfortable. Can’t say enough about Kitty and Alison. So welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. Also, who doesn’t love to be surrounded by horses.

Summary: This was our favorite family trip yet, we will be back! The guest home and the property were beautifully peaceful. Our daughter enjoyed waking up and ending her day surrounded by horses, she made a few friends! Ryan, Kitty and Allison were all lovely and greeted us upon arrival. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace and cooking.
