Summary: Annual visit for KY 3Day Event and fortunate to have found such a cozy gem to call home during our visit! This property is located in lush horse country and a short drive to a few small towns and the Horse Park. Accommodations were very comfortable and sparkling clean. Bonus that we got to meet Carol on our way out. She's delightful. We'll be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was very clean and well stocked. We were in the area for a wedding at Merefield Farms and this was the perfect location with only being 10 minutes away! We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the Lexington area!

Summary: Stayed here for 9 nights while my daughter showed her horse at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, towels and blankets. Carol and John were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house was very cute and comfortable. We had the basics as needed in the apartment. The beds and linen made for a good night sleep. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The drive from Lexington was so scenic. Definitely check out Wallace Station Deli right down the road. I would recommend this place to others traveling to the area.
