Summary: The room was very nice. Loved the color of the walls - funny thing to comment on but it was very pleasing. Great windows that bring in much light.,very clean, modern, on a street that is “happening”. Good restaurants dry close nearby: very pleasant staff. No parking but free valet and at a moment’s notice.,staff were warm people who were helpful. No breakfast for a cafe through a door from the lobby, great parties. Loved this place!

Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel, and we chose to come back because we really enjoyed our first visit. We stayed for two nights this time, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. We also love the hotel’s modern interior design. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had another great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Summary: We had a great overnight stay here during the World Cup. Staff were kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well. We would return!

Summary: Amazing views from HUGE windows. Traveling with a teen, having a mostly-private sofa couch suite was essential. Very helpful staff! The attached Italian restaurant/bar was delicious, and open quite late for the neighbourhood (which was a godsend at check-in. We loved the large bathroom with a full sized tub (although the shampoo and conditioner are bolted to the wall of the shower, so not accessible from the tub). My only other downside was that parking (valet) was more expensive than I anticipated.

Summary: We stayed for three nights in a room with two double beds and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spotless, well equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the amenities were clean and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in Yaletown and close to the waterfront, parks, restaurants, shopping, and the metro station. We also enjoyed the hotel café, Faubourg, which served lovely coffee and delicious, well-prepared sandwiches. The only thing we found unusual was the room design. The large window that provides the natural light is located in the toilet area of the bathroom, which is also the only window in the room. While the sunlight coming in is lovely, it means you cannot really enjoy it as part of the room experience — for example, sitting by the window with a coffee or enjoying the view — because the window is only in the bathroom. We also had to keep the curtains closed whenever using the toilet for privacy, which meant losing the natural light. Since the bathroom only has a walk-in shower and no bathtub, we found this design choice a little impractical. Overall, we really liked this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, location, and service. The bathroom layout was the only aspect that felt unusual and could be improved.

Summary: My wife and I came in for one day just to experience the World Cup vibe downtown and attend a concert that evening. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the action, great variety of restaurants in immediate area, the hotel restaurant was nice, super friendly staff, front desk was very friendly as well, valet was convenient for parking in the busy are, felt like a bunch of friends. room was nice and clean, very comfortable. Nice quick stay overall.
