Positive: Loved the complimentary e-bikes. We spent time in Stanley Park and was a fantastic way to take in the sights, very easy process and beginner friendly e-bikes. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Positive: It was central to many activities, restaurants and the ferry stop on False Creek. Lots of energy around the World Cup! The staff was very helpful,above and beyond!
Negative: The shower arrangement was difficult and also somewhat dangerous. Very high tub sides, nothing to grab onto when climbing in and out, and a slippery tub bottom.
