Positive: The fact that the owner came to pick me up (for a fee) at the airport. The owner was extremely friendly. I enjoyed being downtown in such a lovely place !

Negative: There was no real view. But the owner explained that he had lost his original view due to new constructions around.

Summary: Very pleasant place to stay.

Positive: Stayed one night and very pleased. I did the walk from the airport and yes about 20 minutes flat. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. Great location, right near the square. I really liked the spacious balcony. Breakfast provided and on the more basic side but still fine to start the day.

Positive: A very comfortable stay - warm shower, aircon and shutters on the windows meant it was certainly one of the most comfortable places I stayed while travelling in CV on a budget. No complaints!

Positive: Comfortable bed. Good location (close to everything). It was clean. I was able to leave my bag for a few hours after check out.

Negative: Very little communication. The girl who let me in just showed me my room and that's it. If staff doesn't speak english maybe it would be a good idea just to leave some info in the rooms (what time is the breakfast and where it is, wifi password, check out time etc.) I didn't get any of this info. But luckily still got some breakfast at 9am on the terrace upstairs. The door locks. Wtf is that. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw my door open (just a little gap) and it is really scary situation when you are solo traveling woman. I made a conclusion that I just didn't close my door properly (the lock from inside is kind of rock science too) but all good. I survived but you just need to make sure to close that door with a little bit of force.. And the lighting in the room is pretty bad too.

Positive: Ulisses and his wife are very friendly, helpful hosts. Delicious breakfast. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good value for money. Near airport, town centre and 10 mins from beach.

Negative: Not being able to stay for longer. Next time I will stay a while!
