Summary: It is the middle of summer and all I wanted was to be in a pool. I paid 2,000 for a house with a pool and the pool was not clean. The property was infested with spiders inside and outside so I could not go outside the house at all because it was so bad. There were huge black widows everywhere. The lock to the pool was covered in spider webs, along with the gate so I could not even sit by the dirty pool. The house is used as a summer church camp, which is awesome but it was not a good vacation home. The beds were summer camp quality. The washer and dryer were set up for payment in order to use them so after paying 2000 for a house with a dirty pool I could not wash my clothes without paying more money. The home was beautiful. It just wasn’t comfortable or clean. The house was also hours away from everything we came to do in California. I am not sure why when I was planning this trip distances were different than they were once I got here. If the pool had been clean and there weren’t spiders everywhere I could have dealt with the rest but those were the deal breakers. I appreciate getting my money back. That was very gracious and I am thankful.

Summary: We stayed two nights with two adults and four teenagers. The bedrooms fit us perfectly with plenty of left over space. Towels were the best we’ve used in a VRBO! No shampoo/soap etc. Bought some and left some behind. Finding the side entrance was a bit confusing. Overall, trip was great. Would stay here again.
